Do you ship nationwide?

Yes—we ship throughout the United States. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Local pickup may also be available upon request.

What is your return or exchange policy on custom items?

Because each piece is made specifically for your event, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or damage during shipping, we will gladly make it right.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For weddings or larger events, we recommend placing your order 4–8 weeks in advance to allow time for design, approval, and production. Smaller events or single-item orders may require less time.
